Gironian with over 25 years leading and advising hotel projects worldwide, and after countless rooms, openings and repositionings, I’ve finally ended up where I always wanted to be: at home, helping owners and investors grow the value of their assets.

​I’m passionate about the moment when a hotel changes phase—when a project goes from “idea” to real operations, when a family-owned property decides to professionalise, when a team needs to grow up before the hotel does. In those moments, it’s the mix of results, product and people that makes the real difference… and that “bridge” is exactly what I bring to every consultancy and direction I lead.

I have international experience but a very local heart, and I bring an honest, cross‑functional, results‑driven perspective. I walk alongside you without imposing my culture, but by helping you define your own culture of service, efficiency and profitability.

I have always been drawn to the human side of hospitality: building genuine relationships, understanding each property’s story, and finding the right way to help it grow. With international experience in luxury hospitality, destination sales and resort operations, I bring a broad perspective that connects strategy with action and commercial vision with day-to-day reality.

Over the years, I have enjoyed working closely with tour operators, agencies, DMCs and strategic partners, developing new markets and shaping commercial plans that create real momentum. I like being involved where ideas start to take shape and where careful analysis can be transformed into meaningful results.

My experience also includes pre-opening, repositioning and multi-market development, always with a hands-on mindset, attention to detail and a strong commitment to service and performance. I believe every hotel has its own potential, and my role is to help bring that potential to life in a way that feels authentic, sustainable and profitable.
