The Challenge: Two geographically distant 4-star properties — Montanyà Hotel & Lodge in Seva and Augas Santas Balneario & Golf in Ribeira Sacra — were owner-managed, underperforming assets with no commercial structure, no professional operational framework, and a weak company culture. Managing both simultaneously required building the entire business infrastructure from scratch while driving immediate commercial results.

Our 360° Approach:

Operational Foundation: Developed full Business Plans, Financial Plans, Annual Budgets, and SOP Manuals for both properties, replacing informal owner-management with a professional hospitality framework

Commercial Structure: Built the Sales and Marketing strategy from the ground up, defining target segments across leisure, corporate, wellness, and MICE for both domestic and international markets

International Sales: Represented both properties at Europe's top tourism trade shows and roadshows, actively building trade relationships and tour operator partnerships across key European source markets

CASE STUDY 11: Developping 5* Hotels group premium market partnerships and distribution. Morocco

The Challenge: Courchevel, Europe's most luxurious ski resort featuring 5 palaces, 17 five-star hotels, 7 Michelin-starred restaurants, and a private jet/helicopter airport, required targeted international B2B promotion to expand its elite market presence amid global competition

Oversaw full operational and financial management of the remote property to maximize performance.

Implemented a comprehensive digital strategy including a new website, optimized booking/sales processes, and enhanced online visibility on Facebook and TripAdvisor.
